Dr. Ming Wu Explores method of Meditation:
"Who am I?"

"Dr. Ming Wu, founder of Wu Healing Center, says that the best way to discover who you really are is through daily meditation posing the question: "Who am I?"Once this question is clarified, he says, the answer can be a guide, orienting choices for work and everyday living, enhancing self-worth and identifying purpose."

Dr. Wu says, "In 2012, I did a survey and asked 20 participants 'What is the most important question in your life?' Only 3 people agreed that 'Who am I?' is the most important question to clarify." see article

He adds that this points to the need
for improvement in the area of self-knowledge.
