Do you love to volunteer with Habitat and to travel? Join Sarah Reddinger, our Director of Program Services, on a Global Village trip to help build homes in Bali, Indonesia. Global village is an amazing way to serve others and to get to know a new country in a way that you wouldn't be able to as a typical tourist. The trip is May 23rd through June 5th and includes 7 days of building, 2 days of cultural activities, and 1 day of orientation.

Indonesia is the fourth most populous nation in the world and has a huge housing deficit. It's often thought of for its beaches, food, and weather, but many are living in poverty. By joining a global village team you can make a difference in someone's life by working side by side with them helping to build their new home.

El Salvador

HFHMM is planning another trip to El Barrial, El Salvador from July 25th through August 2nd to promote affordable housing internationally. Through a partnership, HFHMM committed to a long term project in this community to improve the lives of residents.

Volunteers dedicate a week of their time to build a simple, decent, affordable home for a deserving family in the community.

It is through your support that HFHMM is able to continue its support of this initiative. HFHMM tithes 10% of its unrestricted funding to help build homes internationally.

Through this project, HFHMM helps your dollar go further by not only providing affordable housing initiatives domestically, but also internationally.
