Christmas Eve December 24: Choir Cantata at 4:30p followed by Traditional Eucharist at 5:00p.

Messy Church
We celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany at our gathering on January 10th from 5:00-7:00. Please join us for this celebration of the Light of Christ!
 
 Conversation and Communion Update
Conversation and Communion will not be meeting until January, 5.

Conversation and Communion will meet at Grace Coffee Shop, 740 Bypass Road on the following Tuesdays: January 5, 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, March 1, 8, 15, 22. Light soup/salad/sandwiches available from 5:30-6. Discussion from 6-7 followed by Holy Communion for those who desire to participate.  We would appreciate if members could pick up flyers and post them in their offices, other community gathering places around town.

Vestry Retreat
The Annual Vestry Retreat will be held Friday, January 22 through Sunday January 24th. 

5th Sunday
We will host the next 5th Sunday Service with Trinity United Methodist at Emmanuel on January 31st. Please mark your calendar and stay tuned for activities!

Diocesan News
Art at the Cathedral
Each Church in the Lexington Diocese is invited to participate in an art exhibit "Sacred Sites - Art of the Episcopal Diocese of Lexington" at the Cathedral from January 10-March 16. The Exhibit will be on display for the 2016 Diocese Convention in Lexington in 2016, and will be featured at Gallery Hop at the Cathedral on January 15, 2016. If you are interested in participating in this exhibit please contact Rev. Chana.

New Mothers Group

A psycho-educational group to provide nurturing and support to new mothers with at least one child under a year old. Facilitated by Elizabeth Davis Morton, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
 
Meets 7:15pm-8:45pm: December 5, December 19, December 30, January 7, January 22, February 4
 
Topics of discussion include physical and emotional recovery from delivery; baby schedules vs family schedules; return to workplace or work at home; financial adjustments when a baby arrives; changes in sex lives; post-partum anxiety and depression; faith, healing, celebrating, and mourning; self-care. $35 per session.
