Join Pastor Louis M. Murphy, Sr. and your Mt. Zion Family in congratulating Minister of Music, Dr. K. Bernard Parrott and the world renowned Mt. Zion Main Sanctuary Choir, on their 1st place win in the first annual Steve Harvey Ford Neighborhood Awards Gospel Choir Competition.

On yesterday, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, they battled 5 other choirs in a tight "God-filled" competition to see who truly is the "Best Church Choir."  As Charles Nelms said, "If you got to go, go strong,"  for the Lord.  

The grand prize was $10,000.00, presented by the contest sponsor, JC Penney's.
