Mt Zion recently conducted a church survey to gauge the culture and future of our church.  The Readiness 360 team that conducted the survey on our behalf has informed us that a vital voice in our congregation is not represented.  This would be our young adults ages 14 - 34.  We have decided to extend the survey a few more days to give you an opportunity to participate. 

  

A huge Thank You to those who have already completed the survey.  At this time we ask that you take a moment to contact a friend, family member, or fellow worshiper to encourage him or her to join you in being the voice of the future for Mt. Zion.  And for those who have attempted the survey but did not successfully complete it, please try again.

  

Click Here  and enter Survey Code: 03583449517 to access the survey.  It can take up to 20 minutes to complete, so ensure you have the time available before starting.  Once we have reached a satisfactory number of survey takers in your age group, the survey will close; and in a few weeks the results and a call to action will be presented to the church.
