Why Take the Readiness 360 Survey?
Our congregation is taking seriously its call to increase ministry involvement and reach new people. We are considering, not only ways to reach our current members but also, how we might create new opportunities to reach new people. Such opportunities can take many different shapes and forms, ranging from the creation of a new worship community to a new campus to a more diverse and expanded congregation.
The Readiness 360 survey will help us identify opportunities for improvement by assessing our church culture in regards to:
- Spiritual Maturity
- Quality of Service
- Communications
- Relationships
- Alignment with our Mission and Vision
- Openness to Cultural Diversity
- and other areas that impact our effectiveness
After our congregation takes the online survey, we will report back our findings and discover the next steps together.

About the Survey
The 2013 Readiness 360 Survey is now open and will remain open until Monday, November 25th, at 11:59 pm. It is estimated that the survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, please set aside a time when you can complete the survey in its entirety.
You will be asked to provide your name and email address prior to accessing the survey. This information WILL NOT be connected to your answers. We will use this information solely to ensure you do not receive reminder messages to complete the survey. The survey answers are completely anonymous and cannot be tracked back to any individual. Additionally, Readiness 360, the company providing the survey receives the survey once submitted online, and compiles all data independently of the church and its representatives.
It is extremely important that the survey is taken online. If you do not have access to a computer we will have computers available at the church, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. If for some reason you cannot complete the survey online, a paper version will be provided to you, but must be completed at the church.
