| GA Milestones Testing Schedule | As a reminder testing begins on Wednesday, April 13, 2016. Please ensure that your scholar is well-rested, present and on-time (7:30 a.m.) each day. Below is the testing schedule. Our testing period is from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. each day.

| Food Items - What Can Scholars Bring to School? | |
As we usher in spring, we are noticing an increase in food items being brought into KIPP Vision Academy that are not permitted. Please remember and remind your scholar only water in clear water bottles can be brought and consumed at school. Soda, gatorade, fruit drinks and other such items will not be allowed and will be confiscated. Additionally, only healthy snacks should be brought from home. Chips of any kind, gum and candy are not permitted. We offer snacks daily as we as healthy breakfast and lunch with many healthy food options and encourage your scholar to take advantage of those offerings.

It's official, we are going to Washington, DC! The revised payment dates are listed below.
Total Cost per Student- $450.00
Deposit of at least $150.00- April 15, 2016
Balance Due- May 6, 2016
7th Grade
We have an exciting line-up of activities for 7th Grade's Adventures in Atlanta EOY trips. The activities for May 17 - 20, 2016 are listed below.
Day 1- Andretti's Indoor Carting and Games Day 2- Main Event Day 3- Activity Pending Executive Approval - Contingency is Medieval Times or Sky Zone Day 4- Painting with a Twist & Benihana The cost is $105.00 and is due by May 6, 2016.
6th Grade
We also have an exciting line-up of activities for 6th Grade's Adventures in Atlanta EOY trips. The activities for May 9 - 12, 2016 are listed below.
Day 1- Andretti's Indoor Carting and Games
Day 2- Main Event
Day 3- Painting with a Twist & Benihana
Day 4- Team and Family BBQ (Scholar + 1 Adult - tickets per scholar). Tentative location: Grant Park or Piedmont Park. Get ready for delicious BBQ, dessert, games and fun!
The cost is $100.00 and is due by April 29, 2016.
5th Grade
We did receive enough deposits by the deadline to go to Chattanooga, Tennessee! We are proceeding with this trip as planned.
The cost is $149.00 and the final balance is due by April 15, 2016.
