EOTY Trip Updates
8th Grade
It's official, we are going to Washington, DC!  The revised payment dates are listed below.

Total Cost per Student- $450.00
Deposit of at least $150.00- April 15, 2016
Balance Due- May 6, 2016

7th Grade
We have an exciting line-up of activities for 7th Grade's Adventures in Atlanta EOY trips.  The activities for May 17 - 20, 2016 are listed below.

Day 1- Andretti's Indoor Carting and Games 
Day 2- Main Event 
Day 3- Activity Pending Executive Approval - Contingency is Medieval Times or Sky Zone 
Day 4- Painting with a Twist & Benihana  

The cost is $105.00 and is due by May 6, 2016.

6th Grade
We also have an exciting line-up of activities for 6th Grade's Adventures in Atlanta EOY trips.  The activities for May 9 - 12, 2016 are listed below.

Day 1- Andretti's Indoor Carting and Games 
Day 2- Main Event 
Day 3- Painting with a Twist & Benihana  
Day 4- Team and Family BBQ (Scholar + 1 Adult - tickets per scholar). Tentative location: Grant Park or Piedmont Park. Get ready for delicious BBQ, dessert, games and fun!

The cost is $100.00 and is due by April 29, 2016.

5th Grade
We did receive enough deposits by the deadline to go to Chattanooga, Tennessee!  We are proceeding with this trip as planned.   

The cost is $149.00 and the final balance is due by April 15, 2016.

Track and Field Championship 
Congratulations to the girls' and boys' track teams on an outstanding season!  The boys' track team competed in the championship on March 26, 2016 and won 1st place! We are so proud of your hard work and diligence, job well done!

Art Contest Winner
KIPP Vision Academy's visual art class submitted 32 entries in the No Place for Hate "Inspirational Allies" art contest.  Marcus Brocks, a 7th grade scholar, was selected as the winner in the middle school art category!

He will receive an award and be honored at an awards ceremony!
