Book Fair

Join us for our PTSA sponsored Book Fair!

Reading is the most important skill you can teach a child. Of all the skills children learn, it is the one you can influence the most. Giving kids access to good books and the opportunity to choose books will motivate them to read more. And like most acquired skills, the more kids practice reading, the better they'll get.

We invite you to visit our Scholastic Book Fair and experience a celebration of reading that provides families the opportunity to get involved in a universal mission: encouraging kids to read every day so they can lead better lives.

Reading is vital to every child's success, and raising kids as readers means getting involved while they're young. Now is the time. Since there will never be a substitute for a parent's direct involvement in his/her child's education, please make plans to visit our Book Fair!

Signed Title I Compacts Needed
Each year, KIPP Vision Academy conducts a meeting, which was held on September 18, 2015 this year, regarding the revisions of the school compact for our school. Please take a moment to read our school's 2015 - 2016 School - Parent Compact and cover sheet. Please return the cover sheet with the parent's/guardian's and student's signature to the front office. Please keep the compact, itself, for your review and reference.

Cans From Our Campus
This year, in an effort to help those in need, the KIPP Vision Academy Campus has partnered with the Atlanta Food Bank for the Cans from our Campus Fall Food Drive. The food drive has already kicked off for KIPP Vision Primary and KIPP Vision Academy will begin its food drive the week of November 2, 2015. Both food drives will conclude on Friday, November 20, 2015.

Please allow your big and little KIPPsters the opportunity to participate in this event by bringing cans and non-perishable items to school during the time period listed above.  Scholars will place their items in bins that will be placed at the front entrance and throughout the school for both KIPP Vision Primary and KIPP Vision Academy.

We thank you in advance for your participation and we look forward to our
Cans from our Campus Food Drive being a HUGE success.
