July 27, 2015
Family,

Summer School was EXCELLENT, but the best is still yet to come!  Again, thank you for entrusting us with your scholars.  They have already learned quite a bit and are now walking the halls of KIPP Vision Primary School like the bold, proud, fierce and fabulous scholars that they are.  At KVP, we believe in EXCELLENCE and EXCELLENT is exactly what our scholars are!

This year, as we've done in the past, we have set very high academic and character goals for our scholars.  We realized that in order to meet those goals, our scholars had to understand the importance of "growing their brains"; they had to be ready for the intensity of a longer school day; and they had to be ready to focus.  We believe that our summer school process has prepared them to do just that. THEY ARE READY and now the real work begins.

Thank you for your continued support as we partner with YOU to get YOUR scholar to and through college and then off to CHANGE THE WORLD.

The Journey Continues...

PTA NEWS

We are excited to usher in the 2015-2016 school year and welcome all of you into the KVP family. Join us this Thursday, July 30th from 5-9 p.m for our "Back to School" Chick-fil-a Spirit Night/PTA Membership Drive at Chick-fil-a Cleveland Ave.

This will be a great time for your scholar and your family to connect with fellow KVP families and to join our Parent Teacher Association.

Your KIPP Vision Primary Parent/Teacher Association is committed to the work of educational advocacy and sponsors special events to bring all of our KVP scholars and their families together as a strong community.  In order to make a powerful and lasting impact, your commitment and presence is needed. We need you and all of your scholar's supporters to become active in helping your scholar achieve greatness this year by joining the KIPP Vision Primary PTA. Dues for the year are $10 and gives each member full GA PTA/National PTA membership privileges.

We can't wait to see you Thursday! Please look for more information about the Spirit Night on your scholar's classroom website.
