2014 is here and the Collaborative is excited for another year of working with our community development corporation (CDC) partners to build and strengthen vibrant communities across Columbus and Franklin County. These CDCs include Community Development for All People, Franklinton Development Association, Greater Linden Development Corporation and Homes on the Hill Community Development Corporation.
Upcoming projects in 2014 will include the development of affordable senior housing on the South Side; completing a mixed-use project that will provide additional employment opportunities in Franklinton; providing home repairs for homeowners in the Greater Linden area; and developing affordable rental units in the Hilltop area. The New Year has exciting and transformative projects in store and the Collaborative looks forward to connecting with you.
