Caregivers Gathering
Dec 1st, 6:30 to 8:30 PM.  Our HD Caregivers meet every other month.  Please RSVP.

Warm Up to Winter an HD Social Gathering
Dec. 5th, 11:30 to 1:30 PM.  RSVP for our 3rd annual holiday pot luck lunch at the Schwenkfelder Community Center.  Our gathering, for everyone in our HD community, will include all things to help us warm up to winter.

Show Kindness to 40 Million CaregiversShow

AARP is launching a national campaign to bring awareness to the important role that family caregivers play in the lives of their loved ones. AARP's Random Acts of Kindness for Caregivers contest will begin on October 15 with the goal of encouraging people to recognize and reward caregivers - many of whom spend 18 hours per week providing care like bathing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medications, driving to doctor visits or paying bills - in small but meaningful ways.

AARP is hosting a Virtual Family Caregiving Fair Fair

The online fair will take place Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 12pm - 4pm EST. From the comfort of a home or office, a caregiver can register and join the free fair online at aarp.org/familycarefair. 
Join us in extending our appreciation to family caregivers. If you know someone who needs some help, please call us or suggest they contact us.  We can help.
