I am ecstatic and honored to be asked to be the next President of FLICS!  I have big shoes to fill following in Janice Arrington's (Orange County Film Commission) foot steps.  I look forward to aiding FLICS in our mission and offering my leadership skills to the organization.  With the onset of new Tax Incentives and the collaboration with the California Film Commission for the Film In California Conference and the COLA awards, I anticipate an exciting year.

FLICS Vision & Changing of the Guard
After playing a key role advocating passage of California's expanded film and TV tax credit program, Film Liaisons In California Statewide (FLICS) and its 2016 leadership team are focused on finding new ways to ensure California remains the first and best choice for production. 

With 42 Film Commissioners statewide, we are here to help location managers and production teams find the right location for their project and aid with all other film needs as well (i.e. crew, vendors referrals, etc.) at no cost to the production.

FLICS Services & Events
Besides providing production clients with valuable and timely location support and resources, FLICS hosts two signature events each year for location professionals, producers and others in the industry critical to location decision making: the "Film In California Conference" in late spring; and in the fall the "California On Location Awards" gala honoring the best work of location professionals and productions filming in the state during the year.
