FLICS Vision & Changing of the Guard
After playing a key role advocating passage of California's expanded film and TV tax credit program, Film Liaisons In California Statewide (FLICS) and its 2016 leadership team are focused on finding new ways to ensure California remains the first and best choice for production.
With 42 Film Commissioners statewide, we are here to help location managers and production teams find the right location for their project and aid with all other film needs as well (i.e. crew, vendors referrals, etc.) at no cost to the production.
Newly Elected 2016 Board of Directors:
President: Cassandra Hesseltine, Humboldt-Del Norte Film Commissioner
Vice-President: Geoff Alexander, Santa Barbara Film Commissioner

Treasurer: Tasha Day, Long Beach Film Commissioner

Board Members: Paul Adley of FilmLA, Chad New of Shasta County, GiGi Gibbs of Fresno County, and Eddie Robinson of West Hollywood
