WCTN Telemedicine Survey Results
The results are in from the first WCTN Telemedicine survey. We asked our Telemedicine Network Partners to tell us what they thought of the WCTN Telemedicine program, what has been working for them, and what kind of things they would like to see in the future.
We received lots of positive feedback regarding the WCTN Telemedicine Program, including:
- Being able to connect so quickly to a specialist
- 24/7 availability to the community.
- The technology
- The personalized customer service we provide
- The ongoing education available to their staff through the program.
We heard some great suggestions for improving the program, including expanding our service lines and educational programs opportunities. We learned that the overwhelming majority of sites recognize the benefit of Telemedicine to their communities, and are pleased with how the program has been implemented. We also heard about the types of ongoing educational opportunities our partners would like to take part in.
As a result of this valuable feedback, we are making plans to customize our educational and service offerings to best meet the individual needs of our Telemedicine Network Partners and the communities they serve. We think you'll like the enhanced WCTN Telemedicine Program.
