We are pleased to announce the availability of Zinio for Libraries, a new edition of the popular digital newsstand Zinio that's been designed specifically for library patrons. zinio

 

Zinio for Libraries provides a quick and easy way for patrons to read digital copies of their favorite magazines through a digital platform that recreates magazines page-for-page, including full-color pictures. By using your library card, patrons will be able to read, interact with, and explore the largest selection of magazines anywhere.

 

And with iPad®, iPhone®, and Android® compatibility, Zinio makes it easy to view stunning digital magazines on the go, or on your PC or Mac.  Zinio takes the reading experience even further with intuitive navigation, key word article search and interactive rich media elements such as audio, video, and live links.

rituals of Victorian Society. Please bring your favorite tea cup and saucer. Victorian dress is suggested but optional.

Cultural Diversity Awareness Series - Disabilities
The Holly Community Center joins us to discuss the challenges still
prevalent in today's society for persons with disabilities. Education
and awareness is key to removing those challenges, please join us to
visualize a better tomorrow for persons with disabilities. This program is sponsored in part by a grant from the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore.

Felting: A Fabric of Life
Learn about the ancient art of felting and the people who used it for living essentials. Using only wool, water, soap, and some elbow grease you will make you own felt scarf! The class is limited to 14 participants. Please register at the Princess Anne Branch by calling 410-651-0852.
