Head Start Center Earns Fifth Star
|
LCCAA's Collaborative Head Start Center at the Community Development Center in Amherst has earned the highest possible accreditation in Ohio's Step Up to Quality Program.
The CDC, in its first year of operation, earned a 5 Star rating based on a visit by professional evaluators examining all aspects of instruction and operations.
Step Up to Quality is Ohio's 5-star rating system created to recognize and promote early learning and development programs that meet quality standards over and above the health and safety licensing requirements.
