Three days to go till we travel tor our rendezvous at Gettysburg! Please watch the weather and wear comfortable field clothing appropriate to the season. Nothing here is physically demanding, and the 10 day forecast looks good, but Gore-tex, fleece, and water-resistant footwear are always good things to have! We hope all will be largely self-sufficient for chow and water both days afield.
While your preliminary studies might up to now have been focused on learning the history of the battle, please start focusing on LEADERSHIP and the timeless lessons you can bring to our discussions from both old times and new. You should plan on using the scraps of time given you on Tuesday May 6th to orient yourself to the battlefield by personal reconnaissance, with a view toward integration of leadership lessons learned.
