Program News & Updates for 2016

We have made huge improvements to your Cub Scouts' program. So we wanted to let you know what we are excited for this year to make Cub Adventures at Musser even better.  

Let the Games Begin in 2016
Pre-camp meeting April 25 

Have questions about camping at Musser?
Then attend the pre-camp meeting. 
When: April 25 at 7PM
Please register for the meeting.

Already attending another resident or day program in 2016? 
Join us for a second week of adventures at a special price. 

*Must show proof of registration and payment at the second camp. Ie. Local council camp, Local Cub Scout Community Day Camp, etc
NEW Program Areas

Bouldering Wall:  
Horizontal climbing for ALL ages.  Cub Scouts will be able to scale across the wall like Spiderman on the new wall.

BMX Bikes Tracks:  Ride through the woods on 1 of our two new "pump tracks" at Musser using one of our new BMX bikes fully equipped with all the safety gear.  

Fishing Piers:  Thanks to Unami One Lodge (the Order of the Arrow), cubs will enjoy fishing using our new piers along the Unami Creek.
More Improvements


1.  The Dining Hall got a face lift inside and out.  It looks bright and new.
2.  New chairs in the dining hall for all to relax in during meal time.
3.  Power to our Campfire circle for lights and sound.
4.  More defined entrance for the BB Trail.
5.  Our check in area is bigger and better to serve you more efficiently and faster.
Program Enhancements for All.

1.  Cub Scouts will enjoy programming basics using Ozobots at our STEM area. Click Here to learn more about these amazing little robots.
2.  The Webelos and AOL overnights have all new program to better help them on their way to Boy Scouts.
3.  Team building at Bouldering, skills
practice at the pool, BMX, the Lakefront...
4.  Adults will enjoy new offerings as well. Our Commissioner is working hard on providing BALOO and OWL training to leaders that need it.
