The Big Launch programming will begin at the Valley Forge Middle School beginning at 10am. Lunch will be served at noon.
If your unit is picking-up Popcorn Show-N-Sell product, the popcorn pick-up will be staged at the Firestone Scouting Resource Center (the council office and Scout Shop) right down the road from the middle school.
- If you have already placed your order in the Trail's End System and are simply coming to pick-up, you can proceed directly there.
- If you have not placed a Show-N-Sell order, please stop by the Valley Forge Middle School first and place your order at the popcorn booth.
If your unit requested a pick-up time on Saturday morning, we will be able to meet most of the requested times for pick-up without issue. Rather than holding folks to a very strict schedule, it is our intent to provide the most flexibility possible to you and your families to allow for training, information sharing and of course the popcorn pick-up on your schedule.
ALL POPCORN MARKETING MATERIALS, ORDER FORMS AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE VALLEY FORGE MIDDLE SCHOOL AND LOCATED AT THE POPCORN BOOTH!
