The September VOA meeting focused on planning for the Spring Weekend. We brainstormed themes and how to relate them to fun activities. We'll choose an idea and begin detailed planning at an upcoming meeting. In addition, we elected a vice president for administration, Jessica Hamilton, from crew 32.
Join us for our next meeting on Monday, October 6th, 7:00 PM, at Valley Forge Scout Headquarters.

September 8th and the First Mondays
Please plan to attend our VOA/Roundtable Nights. From 7:00 - 8:30 PM in the basement of our council office, the VOA meet to plan the upcoming year. There will be fun and food! Become involved in helping our council's program be beneficial to your crew. At the same time, the advisors will have a roundtable to discuss pertinent topics.

December 1st - Bowling at Devon Lanes, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, $10 per person includes two hours of bowling, shoes, and food
