Smooth Runnin' on South Novato Blvd
Our City maintenance crews are always in action! Over the past few weeks, crews have been removing trip hazards and replacing paving on the bike and pedestrian path along S. Novato Blvd. Stubborn roots and thick asphalt have not deterred their efforts--as all should be complete now.
A note from your Public Works Department: you may have noticed that the water level in Scottsdale Pond is very low. After two winters of less-than-adequate rainfall, our creeks aren't supplying the amount of water to fill the Pond to capacity. Good news is the "sago pondweed," which has to be removed regularly isn't able to thrive and crews may not have to contend with it as much next year. Questions? Contact Public Works at 899.8246. |
