Timely replacement of lift trucks...

Replacing older, less efficient lift trucks at the right time can reduce your maintenance costs, improve your productivity and, most importantly, save money and maximize your return on investment.

As a result, your profitability goes up. In an economic downturn, there is a tendency to postpone the purchase of new equipment. This may be a costly mistake.

When lift truck fleets are not maintained appropriately or utilized efficiently, downtime increases, productivity is reduced and you end up spending money when you should be making money.

This affects your bottom line when more money is being spent on a poorly maintained fleet that doesn't perform as cost effectively as it should. So how do you determine the right time to make a new, significant purchase?

i. Extends service life
1. Extends operation time
2. Higher resale value
ii. Improves productivity
1. Higher equipment efficiency
2. Increase uptime

iv. Let us Schedule and Manage Your Fleet Maintenance Program for You. The information in your forklift's maintenance manual comprises facts and recommendations. The recommendations indicate how that vehicle should be maintained so it achieves peak performance. When followed you should have an effective OM program based on average conditions. Many applications are decidedly not average conditions and the maintenance program and schedule must be adjusted to better match the actual operating conditions. We can handle your toughest applications.

v. When we manage your OM program we will also contact you to schedule recommended maintenance beyond a basic level 1 OM. Your car needs maintenance beyond an oil change such as a tune up, tires rotated, and coolant system maintenance. Your forklift also needs level 2 and 3 periodic maintenance which we will manage and schedule with you.

vi. We can bill by the hour, by the visit, or by the month to suit your needs.

vii. We can show you illustrations of how much money you will save using PREMEIR parts to maintain your lift truck.

viii. We are an authorized industrial battery dealer. We do the work ourselves. We do not sub-contract the battery work to a third party. We can even bring out our battery washing trailer and clean your batteries and remove the soiled water when we leave.

ix. We use our own mobile presses to take care of your tire pressing needs.

Contact us today and we can come to you to discuss your needs and set up an OM Agreement.

Rental Feature:   Essential Pre Shift Checks

Inspect your forklift rental equipment

When you first take delivery of your forklift rental it is important to inspect the unit for two reasons.

First, protect yourself from unwarranted charges for repairs that may be necessary, but the damage didn't happen on your watch.

Second, OSHA requires a pre-shift inspection of your forklift rental before the start of each shift. Many workers are injured annually due to lift truck accidents or equipment failure. Conducting safety checks on these vehicles helps to identify problems early on and correct them before they become dangerous.

Here is a video to get you started on how to inspect the equipment:

If you've inspected your forklift and found that it needs timely repairs, be sure to call us for a temporary rental forklift.
