Employee Spotlight:

Bill Horn  Bill Horn, senior service technician, has over 14 years experience with E.D. Farrell Co.  He's been working within Erie, Crawford, Venango, and Clarion counties since 1998.  Bill's passion for his work results in outstanding service satisfaction for our customers.  Due to his strong attention to detail with safety, Bill was able to avert a potentially dangerous situation for one of his customers.  While performing Operational Maintenance on a forklift, Bill closely inspected the forks and found hairline cracks that, if gone unnoticed, could have resulted in a catastrophic accident with molten steel.  The customer was so grateful they recognized Bill by presenting him with a gift certificate in front of their employees.  Bill's response?-"I was just doing my job".  This level of service is what customers should expect- and consistently receive-with E.D. Farrell Co.
