| To Our Valued Customers,
Well, summer is here and our weekends are double booked with activities. We are all working harder during the week to cover for those who are taking vacations. This is the perfect time to consider some materials handling products to make our plants run more efficiently. Many of our trucks have changed since last month with trucks being bought and sold. Parts Feature - Remanufactured Engines

Is your truck smoking? Have you run a compression test? If you know your truck has a weak engine, but you need to keep it running a couple more years, call us about our Remanufactured Engines.
All Engines are completely disassembled. Castings are thoroughly cleaned in caustic chemical tanks and high pressure washings. Buffing and sonaflux inspection follow. Engines are remanufactured in a modern 100,000 sq. ft. area. All remanufacturing, from machining to the installation of NEW parts is performed in accordance with the specifications of the original manufacturer. Each cylinder is bored and then honed to O.E.M. tolerances. No odd size pistons are installed in our Remanufactured Engines. Crankshafts are cleaned and inspected for straightness. All journals are ground on one of eleven grinders. Each oil hole is chamfered and the shafts polished. A thorough cleaning follows with special attention to the oil holes. Every casting is cleaned and inspected. Each head is milled to assure accurate mating with the block surface. Following machining of the valve guides and seats, heads are assembled with NEW vales, springs and seals. Engines are assembled with a set of NEW internal parts. A quality control card follows each step of assembly and is initialed by the builder to insure Quality. We, also, have more economical rebuilt engines to satisfy your needs.

Safety Feature -Forklift Tipovers
Remember! Side tip-overs can be prevented.
Special Warning! - These instructions apply to operators of sit-down rider counterbalance trucks only!
Stay in the truck! If your truck begins to tip sideways, whatever you do, stay in the truck. Hold on tight. Brace your feet. Lean away from the direction of the tip.
Never try to jump out. There's not enough time for you to get clear of the truck.
Remember! An unloaded truck can tip over more easily than a loaded truck with the load lowered for travel.
- Never turn on a ramp!
- Slow down for turns!
- Wear your seat belt!
Make sure your truck has legible decals with safety tip-over instructions.
