CIP Meeting

WinterHoursWinter Hours of Operation

With the approach of Fall and Winter we'll begin our winter operating hours effective Sunday, October 6th. Some may notice that this is a little earlier than prior years and yes, that is correct. An evaluation of airport activity and fuel sold during the evening hours supports this decision.

Effective Sunday October 6, 2013 the Smith Field Terminal will be open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m

We are always willing to provide assistance to any pilot needing our help, but we remind everyone that we do require notice to happen in advance. If the request is not pre-arranged a $40.00/per hour call-out fee will be assessed for our assistance outside of normal business hours.

Additionally the terminal will be closed for the following major holidays:

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

New Years Day

Please note that just because the Terminal is closed does not mean that the airport is closed.  Self Service fueling is always available.
