Q4 Apartment Market Highlights by Delta Associates 
The Class A vacancy rate declined 16% over the past year and rents in most submarkets increased modestly.
However, the development pipeline remains oversized in comparison to the projected demand, which may cause a shift in the direction of the vacancy rate and rent figures.
