Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival Seeking More Volunteers

Volunteers are needed for a variety of opportunities

at the Corn Roast Festival, Aug. 23-24. Volunteers will have the chance to choose the event and time of their volunteer hours on a first-come, first-serve basis for areas such as event set up, corn cooking, staging, crowd control for the parade, corn sales, contest set up and clean up, and more. Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival - Tour De Corn

The 2013 Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival, slated for Aug. 23-24, 2013, has moved back downtown. The event includes the parade, corn shucking competition, corn eating contest, and all the roasted and boiled corn you can eat! In addition, people of all ages will enjoy a variety of entertainment.
