NCLA - UNDER THE DOME
Counting Down to End of Session with Hours of Work Ahead

NCLA

With twelve working days left, the state legislature is facing an unprecedented 280  of over 600 bills remaining with required action at this point in the 120-day legislative session.  Hours of debate on few controversial issues dominated floor action in the House and Senate last week setting the stage for hours more in the coming days.

In this week's NCLA Under the Dome, learn more about the labor union bills moving through the process, oil and gas update and a discrimination measure that affects employers getting the nod from the House.  Keep track of introduced legislation and the NCLA's position on bills by linking to NCLA's 2013 Legislative Tracking Report. The NCLA Board of Directors engages in legislation that intersects with the NCLA's 2013 Priority Legislative Agenda.
