 It's time for the chamber's Spring Expo. Both B2B and B2C businesses are welcome to purchase booth space. The event is from 4-7 p.m. on May 1 at the First National Bank Exhibit Hall at the Ranch. Download a form to participate or contact the chamber for details.
2012-2013 Leadership Loveland Class Teams up with Project Self Sufficiency For new 5K
The 2012-2013 Leadership Loveland class has chosen to work with Project Self-Sufficiency for its class project. The class and Project Self Sufficiency have teamed up to launch a 5k & Fun Run called Strides for Strength. The run will begin a 9 a.m. on April 27 with the rest of the fun beginning at 10 a.m. You can register online or visit the Project Self Sufficiency office for an official registration form.  2013 Annual Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival
The 2013 Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival, slated for Aug. 23-24, 2013, has moved back downtown. The event includes the parade, corn shucking competition, corn eating contest, and all the roasted and boiled corn you can eat! In addition, people of all ages will enjoy a variety of entertainment, the Loveland's Got Talent Competition and more. General attendance and all concerts are free and open to the public. First of Oil and Gas Bills Introduced
After months of speculation by the oil and gas industry that numerous legislative proposals affecting their interests were looming, the first of the bills were finally introduced in the last week. In this week's NCLA Under the Dome, we look at bills to modify the roles and responsibilities of the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission and an update to the amount of fines assessed against oil and gas companies.
