Business Retention and Collective Bargaining Progress
This week, the House Local Government Committee passed an important business retention tool initiated by the NCLA while the Governor made his intentions known in regard to a precedent setting collective bargaining proposal.
In this week's NCLA Under the Dome, we provide an overview of House Bill 1206 expanding business incentive agreement authority and share the Governor's perspectives on Senate Bill 25 mandating collective bargaining for firefighters.
