Under the Dome

Since the passage of Amendment 64, the proposal to make legal the possession and NCLAuse of marijuana, Colorado's business community and employers have sought clarity and certainty regarding their legal obligations and liabilities with regard to their relationship with their employees. Employers moved one step closer this week to gaining some clarity as Amendment 64 is implemented.

In this week's NCLA Under the Dome, we provide an overview of the action of the Amendment 64 Implementation Working Group recommendation in the employer-employee relationship.

Keep track of introduced legislation and the NCLA's position on bills by linking to NCLA's 2013 Legislative Tracking Report.   The NCLA Board of Directors engages in legislation that intersects with the NCLA's 2013 Priority Legislative Agenda.
