Spring has arrived in Boston, or at least indoors at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum's atrium, where SmallCorp recently installed a series of cases for the "Off the Wall" exhibition (read more below)

Wendy, Mike and Van will be participating in the joint meeting of the American Institute for Conservation and the Canadian Association for Conservation May 14 to 17 in Montreal. The theme of the meeting is Preparing for Disasters and Confronting the Unexpected. Hopefully, neither will be required. Stop by Booth #207 to see our magical SmartGlass case, or just to say hello.

Up to Speed

We are so proud to have made a small contribution to the re-opening of Louisville's famous Speed Museum of Art. SmallCorp made the railings and shelves for the Leight Gallery (below).

Off the Wall - Changes at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum

SmallCorp played a small role in the latest exhibition at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, in collaboration with IKD, a Boston-based architectural design firm specializing in museum and exhibition projects. "Off the Wall" tells the creation story behind the collection itself. SmallCorp provided cases for "the Vatichino", an unusual space that served many roles over the years, including coat closet.
