THE BUSH CENTRE FOR BALLET in Sandy Springs was founded by Rosalyn Bush, a graduate of Emory University with a degree in Education. She was trained in ballet and pointe at the Frankie  Danziger/Levy School of Ballet in Augusta, GA and at Studio Dionne in Atlanta, with 20+ years of dancing and teaching experience combined.
The studio was established to provide an avenue for participation in ballet classes for children and adults. They support physical, emotional, and cognitive skills necessary to achieve the different levels that are taught.
Children's classes are designed to foster those skills appropriate to their age group and may incorporate respect, sharing, participation, leadership, listening, following directions, and self-discipline. This is achieved through a methodology of instruction as created by the Royal Academy of Dance in order to promote healthy and happy self-images in a fun, controlled class environment.

 FOREFRONT ARTS offers classes in Acting, Improvisation, Musical Theatre, Creative Dramatics, Playwriting and Dance for ages 3-18 at locations in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Morningside/VA Highland, Druid Hills, Grant Park, Smyrna, Decatur, North Fulton, Chamblee, Tucker, and Lawrenceville. With professional theatre artists as instructors, small class sizes, and competitive class tuition, Forefront Arts offers the highest level of performing arts training while maintaining a positive, low-pressure environment where every child is encouraged to thrive creatively. Every class culminates in a showcase performance in December and May.In their Creative Dramatics classes for ages 3-5 little performers will flex their imaginations while playing drama games, acting out stories, singing and dancing, and creating an original play based on the books "Make Way for Ducklings" and "Go Dog Go". Their Musical Theatre classes will include showcase performances of "Aladdin" in the fall and "Willy Wonka" in the spring. And their Improv and Acting classes will introduce students to performance technique while boosting confidence, developing public speaking skills, and learning to work as an ensemble. For those looking for more in-depth training and production experience, their children's theatre company, the Young Actors Ensemble, will produce full-length productions of "Willy Wonka" and "How I Became A Pirate" in 4 metro-Atlanta locations. Every student is guaranteed a role in the productions and individual coaching and time to shine onstage! In addition to rehearsing for the productions the cast members will receive training in acting, singing, dancing, audition technique, theatre history and terminology, learn warmups, play drama games, and more!

The program for boys and girls ages 3-13 welcomes all skill levels. There are no tryouts or drafts and each child receives equal playing time. All instructors and volunteers go through a thorough background check and certification process, and there are absolutely no fundraisers of any kind and no mandatory volunteering.
