This elegant house was made possible by a unique structural system, designed by our engineers at THOMAD Engineering.

The two-story structure features shallow depth floor and roof framing structural steel members  to create the minimalist architecture style. Full height floor-to-ceiling windows, a handsome deck and cantilevered balconies provide unobstructed views of the surrounding serene desert landscape. The white color and smooth finish of the exterior serve as a canvas for natural light to cast different colors and draw various formations day and night. The interior living spaces are adorned with exposed steel pipe columns that form the architectural as well as structural centerpiece. To learn more, click here.
