Working on renovation projects for the hospitality sector has been a part of our firm's core specialty since its inception.
Renovation and adaptive-reuse projects within hospitality venues demand a specialized design and construction expertise. Some of the most essential skilled tasks we routinely perform in the design of these projects include:
  
  • Investigating actual existing structural conditions and verifying as-built drawings or historic documents.
  • Reconciling between original and current building code requirements.
  • Designing to eliminate interruption to ongoing business operations during construction.
  • Resolving issues arising from unknown field conditions during construction, immediately and creatively.

Little Tony's Pizza at Palace Station Hotel Casino in Las Vegas

THOMAD Engineering is pleased to announce the completion of Little Tony's restaurant project located inside Palace Station Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.



PROJECT SUMMARY:

THOMAD Engineering provided structural engineering and design services to adapt a challenging existing structure into this new and exciting restaurant space. The design and construction team worked diligently to overcome numerous code, permitting and construction inspection hurdles to complete the project on time and within budget.

Little Tony's and Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch, also designed by THOMAD, are two of three new restaurants recently opened by award-winning pizza chef Tony Gemignani in Las Vegas.
