 December 2015
The CDA is pleased to announce its newest program, Dental Health Matters. In an effort to help underserved communities and populations, this program will draw together all of the CDA's efforts to advance the oral health of Coloradans.
Dentists who treat Medicare patients must either enroll in the Medicare program or opt out to ensure that tests, procedures, devices and drugs ordered for Medicare patients will be reimbursed, as well as prevent denial of reimbursement for other providers you refer patients to.
The CDA and Oral Health Colorado (OHCO) launched this week Colorado Fluoride Facts, a website and set of social media tools that communicate about the benefits, safety and support of community water fluoridation in Colorado. Follow along on Facebook and Twitter for the latest information.
The Colorado Dental Board is conducting a comprehensive review of its rules and policies. Several were already reviewed as part of Sunset Review rulemaking conducted in early 2015. Now, the Dental Board is tackling the rest and looking for your input.
CDT 2016 is the official source for the most accurate and up-to-date ADA dental procedure codes. Relying on old information may lead to unexpected claim denials or reimbursement delays. Code changes for 2016 include 19 new codes, 12 revised codes and 8 deleted codes.
With a new year just around the corner, the 2016 dues payment cycle is well underway. Earn double points when you pay for your dues with your American Dental Association (ADA) Visa Signature credit card from U.S. Bank, the only credit card endorsed by ADA members and ADA Business Resources.
Conflict can occur in any workplace, but you, as a manager, can determine how you let it affect your workplace. Sign up now to attend Conflict Management, a Masters Series program, March 11, from 8 a.m. to noon, at CDA headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colo., and earn three continuing education credits for only $149.
