Sunset Review Bill Awaits Governor's Signature
HB 1227, the Sunset Review of the Dental Practice Act passed the state House of Representatives with a 55-10 vote and the Senate with a 29-6 vote. The bill now awaits a signature from Gov. Hickenlooper, expected this month.

 DPLTC to Return Surplus to Members
The Board of Directors for the Dentists Professional Liability Trust of Colorado (DPLTC), the CDA's endorsed malpractice trust, has approved a return of surplus to current Trust members. A check will be mailed to each member in early July. Click here to read more.
