Dental Line 9 Helps the Public
The CDA and the Metro Denver Dental Society work together to host the Dental Line 9 call-in program at 9 News in Denver. A panel of five dentists take calls from the public during the news broadcasts to provide dental information to the public. Shannon Fender
Policy Coordinator
The CDA is happy to welcome its newest staff member, Shannon Fender. Shannon joined the CDA in January 2013 as the association's policy coordinator. She is a recent graduate of CU Denver and comes to the CDA with several distinguished political internships that provided experience in policy analysis, government relations and political organizing. Shannon will be overseeing the CDA's Action Team Leader Network and legislative database, organizing CDA lobby day, representing the CDA in oral health stakeholder meetings, managing Capwiz alerts, and assisting with other government relations and advocacy activities.
