Didn't I Tell You??? (1 of 5)
When we ask "Didn't I Tell You, whether it registered or not, it implies that this time is not the first time the information was given.
Some reasons we don't comprehend what we hear the first time are:
a lack of understanding of what is being communicated,
disbelief because it seems too impossible to believe,
or actually just not paying attention.
Whether in school, on the job, or being given some very important instructions, our experiences have usually been to our detriment for not comprehending the information.
Thus, we are reminded that no genuine, information-seeking question is a silly question.
Especially, since individually we vary in what it takes to comprehend what is being said.
Therefore, to be effective communicators, we must patiently and sensitively communicate in various ways.
For some persons, the information must be repeated several times, for others fewer times and for yet others, once.

Didn't I Tell You??? (2 of 5)
Whatever it takes to gain understanding or for it to enrich one's life; if that means asking more questions
than other people, then do so.
We must strive clearly to understand what is being stated.
The Word of God repeatedly states and illustrates from beginning to end, God's basic principles for us to hear and embrace for our lives.
Some of those principles are; how to be and remain in good relationship with Him, how to experience continuous peace and not worry, how to strengthen our faith, etc.
This is why the Spirit of God often asks us as Jesus asked in John 11: 40-Jesus responded, "Didn't I tell you that you would see God's glory if you believe?"
How often are we reminded that our God can't and won't lie!
Also, that YES, we can believe that He loves us and definitely delights in blessing us!
That, He takes seriously the upholding of the righteousness and integrity of His name!
That, He is in fact dependable and faithful to us!

Didn't I Tell You??? (3 of 5)
Yet, why is it that each time when troubling and challenging situations occur in our lives, the Holy Spirit must repeat His question to us?
We must remember that we will experience various TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS-AND THERE WILL BE MANY IN OUR LIVES.
But, the principles and promises of God yet remains the same.
God's Word was given at the beginning of time to encompass the entirety of time to over-ride the torment and even destruction of situations, which we experience.
There is nothing so great, which has been, currently is or will come into our lives that the power of God does not have authority over it.
|
Didn't I Tell You??? (4 of 5)
Therefore, our default position must be to believe what Daddy-God's Word says and to continually rest in His great love, power and faithfulness.
Yes, even in the obviously hopeless situations in our lives, which the possibility is as dead, we must yet trust the Lord to have His way and even to resurrect those opportunities.
THERE IS NOTHING TOO HARD FOR OUR GOD!!
We have witnessed His miracles in our lives.
We have already experienced the impossible turned around into the possible.
We have experienced opened doors, which were promised to never be open to and for us.
We have experienced blessings from even our enemies who swore our destruction rather than our blessings, BUT OUR GREAT GOD INTERVENED.
Yes, we have ALREADY experienced the faithfulness of God.
Thus, no matter what comes into our lives, we should already have a made-up-mind to trust Him.
|
Didn't I Tell You??? (5 of 5)
If we live in the spirit of trust and confidence in the Lord God, then we will continue to experience
John 1:50-You will see greater things than this."
51-Then He (Jesus) said, "I tell you the truth, you will all see heaven open and the angels of God going up and down on the Son of Man, the one who is the stairway between heaven and earth."
This defines the term we often hear that "The Best Is Yet To Come".
Regardless of the indescribable, mind-blowing, and joyful experiences, we have already experienced from the Lord God, "We Ain't Seen Nothing Yet"!
We have not nearly experienced all that God has to offer our lives.
Therefore, in trying times, remember Jesus' question; Didn't I Tell You???
God bless you.
