Seasons of Brokenness!!!! (1 of 5)
If something is fragmented, separated or not whole, it is broken.
When children break their toys or our vehicles break down and need repair, we are no longer able to use or enjoy them as we once did.
They are no longer able to provide the comfort, enjoyment, and assistance which the manufacturer originally created as their purpose.
Manufacturing companies are in the business of establishing reputable names and to earn profit.
Their reputation is at stake when their goods do not provide the intended service to the customer, whether it was a malfunction of the product or the inappropriate use of the customer.
Because the reputation of their company's name is associated with the product, warranties of different conditions and promises accompany the manufacturer's product.

Seasons of Brokenness!!!! (2 of 5)
This is also an illustration of the life of the Kingdom Believer.
For various reasons and at various stages along our Christian journey, we will experience "Seasons of Brokenness" in our lives.
Broken dreams! Broken relationships! Broken Finances! Broken Health! Broken professions! Brokenness from the passing of loved ones!
There will be trials and tribulations which cause sadness and brokenness in the degree of our peace, joy, and even faith.
Sometimes, we are the direct instigators of our brokenness, resulting from making unwise decisions,
conversing with wrong words or not thinking or acting as we should.
Sometimes our brokenness will be the result of the words and actions of other people.
Either way, the Kingdom of God is in the business of establishing a reputable name and of winning souls.
|
Seasons of Brokenness!!!!!! (3 of 5)
When we are sad and broken, we are not able to function in our full capacity or to be used by our
Manufacturer-Our Heavenly Father, as He originally designed for our lives.
When we are in a sorrowful season, it is important how we act even during that time for the Kingdom's
name and reputation are at stake.
When our hearts are not whole, full of faith, at peace or joyful, either directly or indirectly we spread the
toxins of our brokenness in our interactions with others.
Daddy-God knows that we will experience "Seasons of Brokenness" as we travel through life.
This is why He gave us the ability to cry when we are weary, hurt, disappointed and even near faithlessness.
However, it must only be for a season, and not become the default position of our lives and spirits.
|
Seasons of Brokenness!! (4 of 5)
Since each of us act differently when we experience pain, we must be careful not to make judgments of
others during their "Seasons of Brokenness" unless we have actually been them in their actual situation (which that will NEVER be the case).
Daddy-God is interested in those "Seasons of Brokenness" in our lives for both the Glory of His
Name and for the wholeness of our spirits.
Whether it is from disappointments, challenges, or pain resulting from our own actions or the actions of others, Jesus wants to make us whole.
This is why He extends His love, faithfulness, grace and power to us during our "Seasons of Brokenness".
Also, God will use even those difficult times to speak, teach and to mature us in His will and way.
Perhaps we will finally decide to follow His Word and to let go of trying to lead our own lives.
Maybe it will be to humble us.
Who knows what will be the overall good which will come out of even our "Seasons of Brokenness!"
|
Seasons of Brokenness!! (5 of 5)
However, we can be assured of our Kingdom warranties:
Isaiah 43:2-NLT-When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through
rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.
Psalm 34:18 -The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 145:18 The LORD is near to all them that call on Him, to all that call on Him in truth.
So, don't roll over and die in your challenging "Season of Brokenness".
But rather, call out to Daddy-God for help!
Know that the pain of your temporary "Season of Brokenness" will EVENTUALLY pass!
Also, that when you yield your heart before the presence of God, that you will be EVEN STRONGER in the knowledge of the Lord God Almighty.
God bless you.

"I'm convinced that the world, more than ever, needs the music only you can make. And if it takes extra courage to keep playing in spite of your loss, many will applaud the effort. And who knows? Others may be inspired to pick up their broken instruments, their broken lives, and begin again." Steve Goodier

"A broken soul is not the absence of beauty, but a cracked and torn soul reeks of the sweet incense it contains." C. JoyBell C.
"We are all broken and wounded in this world. Some choose to grow strong at the broken places." Harold J. Duarte-Bernhardt

"Broken by hardships, disappointments and tragedy, people can become discouraged and cynical. But lives can also be mended. Put back together well, they won't be just like they were before. Damaged pieces reassembled with a golden bonding of patience and love will help form a person into an exquisite masterpiece. It is as if people have to be broken before they can become whole and complete."
Steve Goodier

Thank You So Very Much! You Have Been Such A Blessing To Me! ~ ~ In Christ I I
Hey Dr. Lewis: Hope all is well with you and yours today, thank you for the wonderful words of wisdom for this week. They are needed. I can say that I am trying to be a doer of the Word more and more because we go through things and we look for God to move it right then and there. We do alright in the midst of the trial for a while and then we start to get uncomfortable and we forget what the Lord said to us in His word about Peace! We have praise Him in the midst of all things even when it seems hard. We have to remember what the Word says. He is now and always will be Lord no matter what is going on. Thanks again for the Word. Love you lot's!
