Being a member of a sport's team or any other team which has several team members with limited available game slots, limits one's 

          opportunity to "Stay In The Game". 

To be fair and give each team member an opportunity to play, team members must switch in and out of the game.

Even the best of team members get tired and must come out of the game to rest and be rejuvenated to go back in and advance their team. 

So it is with the members of God's Kingdom Team.  

We are formed in an organized fashioned. 

We are trained and taught by the Word of God how to play in the game of this earthly life, so that we will win the prize of eternal life.  

There are many members of the Kingdom Team. 

However, unlike other teams; there is always opportunity for us to "Stay In The Game".

Even when we must physically and mentally step aside to rest and be rejuvenated, we are not totally out of the game because our minds 
are "stayed on the Lord".  

Our title is encouraging us to "Stay In The Game".  

We are not to allow the many trials and tribulations, which WILL COME against us to take us out.

We must be committed and determined that no matter what or who is our challenge that we will continue to fight in the Christian's battle.  

We will continue to advance the Name of Christ.  

We won't become discouraged and turn our backs on Christ, for how we respond to challenges is not really to the situation or person, but 
actually to Christ.  

That's why we must elevate our attention, minds and eyes to keep them on the Kingdom mission.

Yes, we will be tempted on many occasions in this life to throw up our hands and to say I quit.  

But we can't!!!  

We must run on to the end of our journey because we have the blessed assurance that if we remain faithful, eternal life with Jesus will be our end.

Because we are in the Kingdom's Game of Life, we do have an opposing team; a team who is just as determined to win the minds 

and souls of men for the pit of hell as we are determined to win them for the Kingdom of God. 

This is why we must "Stay In The Game" for both our good and the good of others.

We must "Stay In The Game" and fight, fight, fight because Jesus has already provided through His crucifixion and resurrection our ability to overcome all evil.  

We will have sunny and beautiful days as well as stormy and dark days.

We will experience hurts, pains, tears and even shame. 

However, we have to remember that at all times, the same power, resources and faithfulness of God is extended to us to enable us to

       "Stay In The Game" and to advance our Kingdom team.  

No, opportunities and experiences will not always be as we desire. 

But we have to yet be committed to keep on marching through this life and destroying the works of satan in the minds and lives of men.

God is good and He is good allllllllll the time! 

He has proven repeatedly and will continue to do so why we are to step right back into the Kingdom Game, even though we must rest at times.  

Know who Jesus is and what He has done for You!

Don't allow anyone or any situation to make you walk out on your relationship with Jesus, to turn your back on our GREAT LORD! 

Don't allow any obstacle to come your way to overtake you, but rather you overtake it through the power of God!  

Know that you are equipped by God to weather and endue any storm in life, which comes your way! 

We must determine that we will "Stay In The Game" until Jesus calls us out!

Yes indeed He is with us. And that fact is the saving refuge from our God. Had it not been for the hope that we have in God, we would not be wherever we are today. A few days ago I became frightened about the possibility of losing my mind. This thought came about when I suddenly realized that there is a very fine/thin line between sanity and insanity. In order for a person to fall to the deep end of mental derangement, it really does not take much. Constantly feeding one's mind with negative thoughts and feedbacks will produce that state of anxiety, which, after a while will lead to depression. Jesus said to us, "If my word abide in you, and you abide in me, you can ask anything and it shall be done. So when you say, God Is With Us, Dr. Lewis, you are saying the same thing, may be in a different way. God is with us, when we trust Him, when we call upon Him, when we depend; rely on Him, through His Son, Jesus Christ. So, Dr. Lewis, I am no longer afraid of losing my mind in the situation that I find myself. Why??? Because I am constantly prayerful!!! Glory be to God!!!  K C
