Come On- Just Go Along for the Ride! (1 of 5)
In this microwave society which we live in; we are accustomed to getting the desired result in a quick fashion.
Whether it is food, degrees, financial blessings, promotions, relationships, etc.; we WANT IT RIGHT NOW!
We often forget or ignore the fact that anything worth having, won't always occur instantly.
No matter how delicious that cake WILL BE, it takes time to mix all of the ingredients together and even longer for it to bake into the "ideal, delicious and done status".
Thus, to partake and enjoy its maximum offer; we must remind ourselves to chill out, go do something else while it is readying itself for
our delight, and to know that if we are patient; that our enjoyable experience shall come to fruition.

Come On- Just Go Along for the Ride! (2 of 5)
Such is also our experience in life.
While we might acquire some things quicker than others; for the most part we are going to have to "Just Go Along for the Ride" to arrive at the desired destination or to experience the desired result.
THAT IS ESPECIALLY TRUE WHEN WE ALLOW DADDY-GOD TO BE THE DIRECTOR AND PRODUCER OF OUR LIVES!
"FATHER ALWAYS KNOWS BEST"!
Exodus 13:17--Then it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God did not lead them by way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, "Lest perhaps the people change their minds when they see war, and return to Egypt."
V.18- So God led them in a roundabout way through the wilderness toward the Red Sea.
Any God-led and ordained delayed time in our lives is for a purpose!

Come On- Just Go Along for the Ride (3 of 5)
Daddy-God always has a plan and purpose as to why He performs and allows certain experiences.
He desires to develop, strengthen and to maximize us to our greatest potential.
He knows what He has placed within us and He wants us to learn and maximize our gifts and potential.
He wants us to learn of Him and His commitment to always be with us and to help us in our journeys!
This is why God uses delays!
In His Wisdom, He takes the time to mix all of our abilities, talents and potential together!
Then, He places us in burning, hot, fiery places to bring us a "done" status so that we can do as has been designed of our lives.

Come On- Just Go Along for the Ride! (4 of 4)
Daddy-God in fact is our greatest Cheerleader! He is our Master Potter! He is the all-wise God utilizing His Wisdom for our good! He is in fact a "Rewarder" of them that diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6) Just as He knew what would be the Israelites' greatest temptation followed by the detrimental action of returning back to Egypt, bondage and slavery with the ultimate destructive act of stepping out of His Will; so does He know those temptations of our lives. Because Daddy-God is up close and personal in our lives; He knows what we can and cannot handle. He knows what will forge us ahead and what will make us turn around running back into our past bondages if He does not intervene in our plans and desires! Thus, we must remind ourselves over again and again to "Just Go Along for the Ride!"
