Five Reasons (1 of 5)
Our Loving Father gives comforting and encouraging words to us, His Beloved Children!
Thank you Lord that Your attention is so intently on each one of us that we could easily believe that "I" am the ONLY ONE YOU care about;
however we know that is not the case.
Isaiah 41:10-Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will
uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Thank you Lord that You address two debilitating emotions in this verse, "Fear and being Dismayed";
which will prevent us from experiencing life as You desire and from fulfilling Your Divine purpose for our lives.

You don't want us to fear, to be afraid and terrified, dreadful and
apprehensive because of what we encounter along the way.
You don't want us to freeze in our steps; therefore preventing ourselves from literally being able to go forward.
Neither do You want us to be dismayed; discouraged, anxious, intimidated, to lose courage and hope.
Current challenges in our relationships, home life, job, health or financial issues and in ANY AREA OF OUR LIVES can easily make us
become fearful and dismayed.
This is in spite of ALL THAT DADDY-GOD HAS DONE BEFORE AND IN SPITE OF HIM BEING FAITHFUL AND ALWAYS DEMONSTRATING
HIS LOVE TOWARD US!

However, that's why He reminds us in our key verse of His promises-"Five Reasons" why we are not to park in fear or be dismayed. 1) I am with thee. 2) I am thy God. (Gill)-We can depend on His love, be sure of His power, expect all necessary supplies and to be comfortably carried through every challenge or trial we are called unto.
3) I will strengthen thee. (Surely I will help you. I keep on strengthening you. I have strengthened thee.) (Gill)- To guard and protect His people, support and supply them, comfort and strengthen their hearts; therefore they need not fear any of their enemies, nor whatsoever they may be called to suffer for His name's sake, even though they pass through fire and water and the valley of the shadow of death.)

Five Reasons (4 of 4)
4) I will help thee. (I'm truly helping you-yes, have helped thee.) (Guzik)-God's strength and glory make Him able to help us. But it is His love that makes Him say, "I will help you.")
5) I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. (Surely I will uphold you, with my victorious right hand. I will hold on to you.
I'm surely upholding you, with my saving right hand!) (Gill-We will not fall finally and totally, but will persevere to the end, though our trials and temptations may be great and many.)

Five Reasons (5 of 5)
So family, for us to fear and to become dismayed is to disobey God and disobedience is sin.
Don't shut down and become non-effective by focusing on what you are and will encounter; but rather focus on
the promises of your Great Heavenly Father.
Remember and embrace the "Five Reasons" Daddy-God gave us.
Equally, remember Numbers 23:19 NLT- God is not a man, so He does not lie. Daddy is with YOU, HE LOVES YOU AND IS CONCERNED ABOUT YOU!!!!

Thank God for His grace and mercy. I can't imagine a life without Jesus. He gives me the strength to cope with life on life's terms. Hey Dr. Lewis: This is so good!!!!! I know I always have a problem with thoughts of the past and it bothers me a lot! The Lord always helps me to come back with my mind on Him!!! So I am snatched out of that bad thought and put into peace! He is such a loving Father and I am so glad He will never leave us or forsake us, but He is always right there with us to bring us through whatever is going on. Thanks again for sharing with me! I've had a set back or is this a SET UP, huh? HALLELUJAH! The set back/ set up came to me as I was writing this email to you. I fractured my leg in 2/2013 and I've been on the mend since.
