Fuel for the Journey (1 of 5)
The proper type and quantity of fuel is needed to stimulate movement from one point to another and to generate
the power to sustain the operation of objects and even people.  Definitely, for a successful journey through life, we must have the proper kinds of fuel to enable us to endure all of the challenges along the way and also to complete our journey from earth to God's eternal home.
The Christian must be sure to fill up with the "Fuel of Faith"; the assurance that we will never be left alone to face the obstacles of life.
Hebrews 13:5-I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Fuel for the Journey (2 of 5)
The "Fuel of Trust" of Romans 15:13- I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. The "Fuel of Remembrance and Restfulness"; for even though we will experience trials and tribulations of various kinds; that we will constantly remind ourselves to do Psalms 116:7 -Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee. As we reflect and remember on what the Lord God Almighty has already done for us, how He has already rescued us from many dangers seen and unseen, how He has already answered so many of our prayers and provided for us, then we will be encouraged to continue in our journey from earth to Heaven.

Most definitely fill up with the "Fuel of Praising God"; for praise refreshes our weary soul!
It is the tow truck which pulls us up out of the ditch of despair so that we will not be overtaken by hopelessness and depression.
Praise elevates our attention from the momentary hopeless reality of situations to believing in the very possible supernatural change in those same situations!
Praise elevates and maintains our attention toward God, realizing that He is our source and comfort. Praise encourages us to yet go forth when everything else is telling us to give up and to accept defeat!

Praise provides joy in our sanctified souls in the midst of storms. Praise reminds us of Daddy-God's faithfulness and His commitment of promises to us!
Deuteronomy 10:21- He alone is your God, the only one who is worthy of your praise, the one who has done these mighty miracles that you have seen with your own eyes. Because of our praises; God will ignite defeat for any enemy who raises up against us- 2 Chronicles 20:22-And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children..., which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.

God has promised in Psalms 50:23- Whoever offers praise glorifies Me; And to him who orders his conduct aright
I will show the salvation of God", meaning (The deliverance, rescue, safety, welfare, prosperity and victory of God).
Being filled with the "Fuel of Praise" will motivate our declaration of Psalm 57:7- My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise. In other words, my heart is stable, firmly established, securely determined and is constantly being conditioned to endure the tailored path that YOU have determined for my life. Brothers and sisters, make sure you keep your spiritual tank filled up to keep moving from level to level and from glory to glory.

Dr. Lewis: Our God is "awesome!" He had you speaking on just what He wanted me to hear as I came into class late. (He also prompted me to speak and share on "His Will being done." Also, being allowed by my teacher to speak (when she knew I had just come in LOL). ANYWAY...I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SURGEON. MY REPORT WAS NEGATIVE, NO CANCER (HALLELUJAH!!, JUST SCAR TISSUE. The Lord's will was done. I believe I passed the test. I'm coming up higher (really trying to keep up with my teacher). Bishop says hang on to those heading in the Right direction. HEAVEN IS OUR HOME AS HE LEADS IS OUR DESIRE! AMEN? AMEN! Love you. I know you prayed for me. Thanks a bunch. It must be hard watching your many students fall to cancer. But remember what I said yesterday "you are His Love Bug and truly exemplify the Love of the Lord."Evangelist B J
