Trusting God Will...... (1 of 5)
To trust means to have confidence, to be bold, secure, and to have hope.
When we don't trust Him, we really do miss out on an awesome quality of life that the Lord God desires for us to experience.
The book of Daniel is filled with many examples of what happens when ONE CHOOSES TO TRUST GOD!
Let's meditate on a few examples as reflected in the New Living Translation.
"Trusting God Will" demand respect and affection for us even from our enemies. Daniel 1:9
"Trusting God Will" give exceptional ability and fill us with divine knowledge and understanding. 5:12
"Trusting God Will" produce favor and elevate us into positions that "technically" we are not supposed to occupy. 6:2,3

Trusting God Will...... (2 of 5)
"Trusting God Will" summon enemies and motivate them to "unsuccessfully" plot against us. Daniel 6:4
"Trusting God Will" will cause us to develop the reputation of being faithful, always responsible, and completely trustworthy.6:4
"Trusting God Will" cultivate boldness to the degree of us risking experiencing extreme punishment or even death. 6:10.
"Trusting God Will" keep us looking to God and keep others watching us and spying out our actions. 6:11
"Trusting God Will" make others, even those in leading positions; lose sleep as they attempt to think of ways to "HELP US". 6:14.18

Trusting God Will...... (3 of 5)
"Trusting God Will" causes others and especially the least expected to speak blessings over our lives. Daniel 6:16
"Trusting God Will" provoke acknowledgement of our faithfulness to our God. 6:20
"Trusting God Will" make us love, forgive and respect persons who even greatly endanger our well-being. 6:21
"Trusting God Will" summons God on our behalf to provide protection and a way of escape from ANY SITUATION. 6:22
"Trusting God Will" teach us how to live above reproach, so that we will be found innocent when unjustly charged. 6:22
"Trusting God Will" make us have cheerleaders and supporters even from people in "High Places and Positions". 6:23

Trusting God Will...... (4 of 5)
"Trusting God Will" preserve us so that we won't look like what we have been through. Daniel 6:23 Not a scratch was found on him, for he had trusted in his God.
"Trusting God Will" cause the tables to be turned on our enemies whereof they will suffer what they had planned for us. 6:24
"Trusting God Will" cause others to respect, honor and reverence our God. 6:26
"Trusting God Will" create the platform to allow God to display His love, power and faithfulness to those who will trust Him 6:27
"Trusting God Will" will cause us to prosper beyond our wildest dreams. 6:28
This is why we are told in Proverbs 3:5-Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

The Lord is always aware of what is happening to His people; those who have accepted His Son Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and asked for forgiveness of their sin.
The Lord always has a reason for allowing what He allows and has an outcome that outshines the journey of our experiences.
So, CHOOSE TO TRUST God, TO REST IN HIM, AND TO REMAIN FAITHFUL AND DEVOTED TO HIM!
In so doing, we will position ourselves to see God's GLORY DISPLAYED IN OUR LIVES!

Words from the Heart!
|
I just have to tell you about the most amazing thing that happened to me on Sunday night. I am still having a lot of trouble with my sister's death and my co-worker found out her brother had passed about 3 weeks ago with similar circumstances which brought it all back. I have been having a very hard 3 weeks and my co-workers have been awful - a completely different story. I was dreading going back to work, I have been sleeping a lot and just hibernating and ignoring the world. On Sunday night, all of a sudden you were counseling me. You told me that what I am going through at work (which is extremely hurtful and unfair) was just God's lesson in humility to me. You were sooo comforting and made so much sense. Things were better today; God truly works in mysterious ways. I thank you and love you for giving me strength even though you were unaware. Bless you. B
