Greetings!,
Friend or Foe-Which are Y O U? (1 of 5) A friend is a person who is on good terms with another. Unlike a foe, who is a person opposed in feeling or principle to something or someone! Each of us will be classified by others and others will be classified by us as being either a Friend or Foe.
This is also true with our relationship with God. Our choices and actions categorize us as either a Friend or Foe of Almighty God and it should greatly concern us as to how we are categorized! Our obedience to God's Will, Word and purpose will categorize us as being Friends of Daddy-God. However, choosing to live and do as we desire, how we want to do it and when we will do it, makes us Foes of God. Please click here for: Israel - Friend of God eith Lyrics |

Jesus said in John 15:15- I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business.
Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.
Jesus has made known God's desire for us to be holy as He is holy!
Also, that in order for us to have peace with God and the peace of God we must receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and
then for the rest of our lives continue to be in submission to His leadership.
In receiving knowledge from Jesus, we understand the urgency and necessity of living a life that brings glory to His name.
1 Corinthians 6:20- For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Matthew 5:16-Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in Heaven.
"True Christians act to glorify God and care little what people may think of them, except as by their conduct, others may be brought
to honor God. They live so that people may see from their conduct (what is instructed in the Gospel.)" (Barnes)
We understand that God demands certain behavior from us.
We understand the definition of being His friend is a person who is on good terms with Him.

Ephesians 5 describes God's foe, the person who is opposed in feeling and action to what God desires.
V. 3- Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God's people.
V.4- Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes-these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God.
V5- You can be sure that no immoral, impure, or greedy person will inherit the Kingdom of Christ and of God.
For a greedy person is an idolater, worshiping the things of this world.
V6- Don't be fooled by those who try to excuse these sins, for the anger of God will fall on all who disobey Him.
If we want to be a Friend of God, we must obey V7 of Ephesians 5- Don't participate in the things these people do.

James 4:4- You adulterers! Don't you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? ...
"You adulteresses is used because God is the "husband" and we are His "wife."We cannot be both friends of this world's system which
is in rebellion against God, and friends of God at the same time." (Guzik)
We won't be able to blame Daddy-God for our label of Friend or Foe.
It will be determined by our choice to walk in or not to walk in the understanding and obedience of what God desires from us!!
Let's make the wise decision to be the Friend of God!
