Greetings!,
A Message to Our Enemies!! (1 of 5) Enemies-hostile persons or situations, anything which comes to steal, kill and destroy you or yours.
No matter who you are or think you are-everyone has enemies! Each of us can attest to both provoked and unprovoked disputes that have happened between us and others.
Sometimes, there are misunderstandings which cause a separation among the best of family and friends. As Christians, we are commanded in Romans 12:18- Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone. (NLT) Unfortunately, a peaceful environment won't always be possible. Thus, one may need to distance himself either for a certain period of time or permanently for their physical, emotional and spiritual well- being. Please click here for: This Little Light of Mine |

A Message to Our Enemies!! (2 of 5)
There will be occasions when we will experience the painful and hateful actions of our enemies.
This behavior may spring from their jealousy, low-self-esteem, misguided thinking or believing they are mistreated in
comparison to you, etc.
If we do not arm and protect ourselves against the assaults of our physical, financial, relationship, professional, emotional,
verbal or spiritual enemies, we could be wounded and ultimately destroyed.
We understand everyone experiences attacks, however the Christian's unprovoked attacks spring from the pit of hell and
Satan who hates Christians because they display the very image of Christ on earth.
The blessed assurance of Christians is that when we are attacked, we have the loving, watchful and protective eye of our
Heavenly Father looking and noting the efforts launched against us.

A Message to Our Enemies!! (3 of 5)
Not only is our Daddy-God watching, but He is waiting until the opportune moment, the fulfillment of time, to step into the
ring and fight our enemies for us.
Prior to stepping in, Daddy-God sends to our enemies the "Message of Warning" found in
Nahum 2:2: Even though the destroyer has destroyed Judah, the LORD will restore its honor.
Israel's vine has been stripped of branches, but He will restore its splendor.
At the hands of our enemies, our honor in various areas has been unrightfully destroyed.
In this case, part of God's restoration for His people is connected to judgment and destruction of our enemies. (Guzik)

Nahum 2:11-Where now is that great Nineveh, that den filled with young lions?
It was a place where people-like lions and their cubs- walked freely and without fear.
V13- "I am your enemy!" says the LORD of Heaven's Armies. "Your chariots will soon go up in smoke.
Your young men will be killed in battle. Never again will you plunder conquered nations.
The voices of your proud messengers will be heard no more."
Many of the enemies we experience through the Journey of Life, once overcome, will not be encountered again.
However, previous incidents also prepare us for even greater attacks from other enemies.

But thanks be to God that Christians have the promise of Romans 8:31-What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us? The opposite is also true - if God is against you, then who can be for you? 37-Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. NLT- No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. So dear brothers and sisters understand that each of us has enemies! God sees and is monitoring our enemies' actions! Make sure we are not provoking enemy- relationships! Remember, the Lord will deliver us!

Two New Jersey men sued Subway this week, claiming the world's biggest fast-food chain has been shorting them by selling so-called footlong sandwiches that measure a bit less than 12 inches.
The suit, filed Tuesday in Superior Court in Mount Holly, may be the first legal filing aimed at the sandwich shops after an embarrassment went viral last week when someone posted a photo of a footlong and a ruler on the company's Facebook page to show that the sandwich was not as long as advertised.
At the time, the company issued a statement saying that the sandwich length can vary a bit when franchises do not bake to the exact corporate standards.
Stephen DeNittis, the lawyer for the plaintiffs in the New Jersey suit, said he's seeking class-action status and is also preparing to file a similar suit in Pennsylvania state court in Philadelphia.
He said he's had sandwiches from 17 shops measured - and every one came up short.
"The case is about holding companies to deliver what they've promised," he said.
Even though the alleged short of a half-inch or so of bread is relatively small, it adds up, he said. Subway has 38,000 stores around the world, nearly all owned by franchisees and its $5 footlong specials have been a mainstay of the company's ads for five years.

If we could only feel what Jesus felt as He gave His life for us, we would be more inclined to embrace His faithfulness in our lives. When we consider the many difficulties we have already experienced, ones we did not think we would make it through; we should make the unmovable, assured and beyond all doubt declaration of faith that for this year we can yet trust and depend on God to care for us.
