We are full on in race season mode now and the races will keep on coming, we hope to see you often. We end July at Bala Falls (July 26), and August is packed with races at Kingston (August 2), Bracebridge (August 8 & 9), Toronto Island (August 22 & 23), and Wasaga Beach (August 29 & 30).


Barrelman is approaching and it will be even better with enhancements like the new swim start at the Welland International Flatwater Centre. Join us for an incredible race experience.

Barrelman is coming soon - September 20

 

The second edition of the Niagara Falls Barrelman Triathlon gets underway in just 9 weeks. The next price increase takes place on August 7th so register soon if you haven't done so already. You'll truly experience the best that triathlon has to offer by participating in this race. We hope to see you on the start line.

Rose City Triathlon Weekend Recap 

It was another stellar weekend of racing at Welland for the Rose City Triathlon Weekend, the second stop of the 2015 Recharge With Milk Triathlon Series. 

 

Our Biggest Day at Belwood


Athletes were treated to favourable race conditions at our largest turnout ever at Belwood. Find out what happened, and if you were not there, maybe you'll join us next year. 

Du-the-Double Duathlon Challenge in Bracebridge 

 

$500 up for grabs!

There will be great Duathlon racing at Bracebridge with qualifying spots up for grabs for the 2016 ITU Duathlon World Championship, and prize money offered up by Triathlon Ontario for the "Du-the-Double" Duathlon Challenge. The Sprint and International/Standard Distance Duathlons also serve as the Provincial Championships on August 8 & 9. Just us for the challenge.
