Through the Habitat program low-income families who don't qualify for conventional mortgages are able to purchase homes "at cost" with a 20-25 year interest free mortgage. Even if you have never considered Habitat before, you should apply if  you (1) have a low but steady income; (2) are ready for the blessings and responsibilities of homeownership; (3) have a proven track record of paying your bills; and (4) are willing to work 400 hours on the construction of your house and Habitat projects.

If this sounds like your family,

fill out a pre-qualification form today!   It is the first step in the Habitat application process and and could lead to a home of your own!
