What's Going On This Week?
Sunday School
There is Sunday school this week. Sr. High will meet in the basement at 9:00am. The topic for the next two weeks is gay marriage.
Jr. High will meet in the Youth Room at 9:00am. Your topic is God.
What's Behind the Wall? SSP Fundraiser
Youth  will be holding a fundraiser to raise money for SSP.
In between services please stop by the display located in Founder's Hall to purchase a brick ranging in price from $1.00 - $100.00. Each brick purchased will reveal a bit of what's behind the wall.
Parents, I need a coordinator for this week's fundraiser. Please email me if you are able to (wo)man the table.
UMYF
UMYF will meet this Sunday, May 19 from 11:00am - 1:00pm in the Youth Room. Jr. High and Sr. High students are invited to join us as we share a meal, play some games and talk about "Holy Ground".

Leg ally Blonde
Don't forget to get your tickets to SDA's musical Legally Blonde. Tickets are on sale here! I will be going Thursday, June 6th. Hope to see you there!
Padres Game
On Friday, June 21, 2013. Everyone is invited to join us as the S an Diego Padres take on the Los Angeles Dodgers. Tickets will be sold for $19.50 at the Children and Family Ministry table in Founders Hall in between services.
We will take the Coaster to Petco Park as a group. The Coaster will leave at 5:21pm.
End of the Year Celebration
 This year our end of the year party will take place on Sunday, June 9th at 5:00pm. We will meet at Buca di Beppo located in the Forum in Carlsbad. Come celebrate an amazing year. Suggested price is $15.00.
VBS Volunteers
Any youth who are interested in volunteering for Vacation Bible School please email Chelsea. We need students to serve as Group Leaders for all our age groups. VBS is June 24th-June 28th from 8:30am-12:00pm.
Joys/Concern
As is tradition, I want to share joys and concerns with you all.
If you, your friend who attends this church or your child have any accomplishments you wish to share with the community please let me know. Likewise if you, your friend or child have any prayer concerns let me know so we can be praying and supporting them.
